Note on the treatment of personal data

The following note for data treatment is made in accordance with article 13° of the legislative decree n° 30 of June 2003 n. 196 (Code for personal data protection).

The Cooperative Eviva a.r.l., ensures that personal data will be treated according to the laws and procedures indicated and that such a treatment will be based on honesty, lawfullness and transparency principles besides being done in the respect of privacy rights.

The person responsible for data processing is Iside Ponta, legal representative, President of the Cooperativa Eviva a.r.l., based in Tortona (Alessandria - Italy), via Orsi 6, 15057.

Personal data provided by the users that ask for information to be sent are used only within the services or the requests made and are not communicated to third parts.

Suitable safety measures are taken in order to preserve and prevent data from loss, illicit uses and not authorised access. All suitable measures provided by the new provisions of the former art. 33 and following articles of the Legislative decree 196/2003 are put in place to protect data.

In the Eviva site cookies for the transmission of personal information are not used; in the same way no persistent cookies of any type are used.

Subjects to whom personal data refer can always ask to see them, check their content, origin, correctness or ask to integrate, update or correct them (art. 7 legislative decree n. 196/2003).

According to the same article, accessible in case of breach of the law, they can ask they are cancelled, transformed (in via anonima), or be no longer accessible; in the same way they can forbid, for licit reasons, their treatement, even if made in the purpose of personal data collection.
