Why a Cooperative

Eviva has chosen to be a Cooperative since this is the organisational model that more reflects the way of thinking of its members, mainly regarding the mutual scope and the democratic managing model adopted.
Despite the much diversified working background gained in “traditional” companies, Eviva members have decided to share their resources in a less formal context allowing them to maintain a certain autonomy and flexibility in organising working time.
Moreover, the model of the Cooperative totally meets the principles of the ethical tourism, since it ensures its members equal and joint conditions in terms of salary and working chances and to its clients an high quality service towards little investments.
